English Meaning:
On the 29th Day and 30th DayIf the journey upwards resumes
Ten the days that apana stands as impediment;
If the journey takes thirty days
Seven the days that take the apana to leave.
Tamil Meaning:
பிராண வாயு மேற்கூறியவாறு இருபத்தொன்பது நாள் இயங்கினும் இருபத்தெட்டு நாள் இயங்குதலோடு ஒப்பதேயாம்; வேறுபாடில்லை. இனி, முப்பது நாள் இயங்கின், வாழ்நாள் அப்பால் ஏழு நாளாகவே நிற்கும்.Special Remark:
பார் அஞ்சி நின்ற பகை - உலகம் அஞ்சுகின்ற பெருந்தீங்கு; இறப்பு. வாரம் - கூறு. `நாள், ஓர் அஞ்சொடு, ஒன்று, ஒன்று என ஒன்றும்` எனக் கூட்டுக.இதனால், அம்முறை மற்றும் இரண்டு கூறப்பட்டன.
